What the service provides
So, Here We Are Then! uses AI and practical Stoic ideas to help you reflect on situations, distinguish facts from interpretations, consider what is and is not within your control, and think about possible responses.
Not professional advice
The service is not therapy and does not provide medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take, and should seek qualified professional help where appropriate.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds and consumer rights
Any refund policy is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer-law rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.
Fair use and account security
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, probe protected endpoints, automate excessive requests, or use another person's account without permission. We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect service availability and cost.
Your account
Passwordless sign-in uses a one-time email sign-in link. Keep access to your email account secure and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity performed through a valid session on your account.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change or temporarily suspend parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to subscription terms should be communicated before they take effect.
