So, Here We Are Then! is an AI-assisted philosophical reflection service for adults. This policy explains what is processed when you use the service.
Account and subscription information
If you create an account, we store the email address associated with your account and the minimum information needed to manage your subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card number.
Conversations
We do not save your full conversation history in our database. Your messages are sent to an AI service so the app can respond. Our AI requests are configured to require zero-data-retention processing and to disallow prompt training where supported by the selected provider route.
Saved reflections
If you are a subscriber and choose Save a reflection, we store only the resulting reflection title, short summary, next step and timestamps in your account so you can see them when you sign in on another device. The full conversation is not stored with the reflection.
You can delete individual saved reflections from the app. Deleted reflections are removed from the active database, subject to normal technical backups and legal retention requirements.
AI and service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database, payments and AI processing. These providers may process limited account, technical or payment data as needed to provide their services.
Operational and security data
The service may process ordinary technical information such as request times, error information, IP-derived security signals and usage counts. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate faults. We do not deliberately write the text of your conversation into application logs.
What this service is not
This is a philosophical reflection tool, not therapy and not medical, legal or financial advice. If a situation involves immediate danger, abuse, self-harm, a medical emergency or a matter needing professional expertise, appropriate professional help takes priority.
Your choices
You can choose not to save a reflection, delete saved reflections, sign out, and manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. For privacy questions or account-deletion requests, contact us at support email to be added before launch.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
This policy should be reviewed again when the final domain, support contact and production providers are configured so the published wording exactly matches the live service.
